Woman’s Healing Circle


We begin by finding safety: in our space and in our bodies. We relax, and come into awareness of our physicality. Utilizing mindful and somatic breathing practices we begin to relate with ourselves in a new way. We share what brought us to seek healing in the circle. I work individually with you as well as collectively with the group. By being present with our feelings and sensations, we unlock the energetic constrictions that have formed from past traumas and ongoing daily stresses freeing up energy. As we become more deeply relational with our bodies and minds, we begin to be able to take apart reactionary behaviors. The circles are a great way to get a feel for me and my work before booking an individual session.
