Meditation and mindful practice is like the vitamin C of personal growth for self improvement. Like going to the gym on a regular basis, attending to our sensory experience helps us get in a better relationship with ourselves which helps us deal with stress better, sleep better, feel more balanced and calm. Deepening awareness of ourselves untangles past traumas and constrictions expanding our capacity to handle whatever life throws our way. When you change how you are relating to yourself, your relationships around you --your relationship to people, your job, your environment — alter.

It can be hard to get the meditation ball rolling, Join me and get the support you need to start taking care of yourself in the best way possible. You can do whatever meditation technique you would like though I offer free guidance on my personal practices and the Unified Mindfulness system during zoom sessions made by appointment, outside of the Sit with me Meditation time. Join for all or part of the hour, camera on or off. There is no instruction but intention is held for you to deepen and broaden your practice. Working together collectively helps immensely.
